We want you to feel confident shopping with us and love your jewelry for years to come. That’s why we proudly offer a Lifetime Color Warranty on all eligible waterproof and tarnish-resistant jewelry pieces (see exclusions below).

Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear and made to last. With proper care, your pieces will maintain their beauty over time. Since our jewelry is not solid gold, some natural fading or loss of shine may occur with regular wear over the years.

Warranty Coverage

Our Color Warranty covers visible:

• Tarnishing
• Rusting
• Color fading

To qualify:

• The item must be labeled as waterproof in the product description
• The claim must be made within 1 year of the purchase date

Exclusions

The following are not covered under our warranty program:

• Pearl & Gem Collection items
• Sale items
• Complimentary/free gifts

Please note:

• Damage or color fading caused by scratches, misuse, or normal wear is not covered
• All replacement items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
