Shipping policy
Please note that we ship from Vancouver, Canada and we are not a drop shipping site. And we aim to process every order in a timely fashion. Everyone knows getting your package is exciting especially when it comes quickly! Everything is packaged and shipped by us. We inspect every item thoroughly before it is shipped. To ensure your happiness.
- Processing Time: 1-2 Day for processing. Items are shipped as soon as they are processed. We use Canada Post
- Shipping Rates & Options: You will be able to choose your preferred delivery options at checkout.
- Delivery Time Estimates: You will be sent a tracking number once your order is processed and you will be able to see the approximate delivery timeframe.
- International Shipping: Customer is responsible for any taxes or duties.
- Order Tracking: Once an order is processed you will receive your tracking number
- Damaged/Lost Packages: If we ship you the incorrect item, you will sent a new one right away at no cost to you. If an I team is damaged, we will need to see proof before replacing the item. If an item happens to be lost, we will work with the shipping company to find it, and if that doesn’t work we will send a new item.
